01 Data controller

02 What we collect
Booking data: name, email, phone, date, number of guests and any notes you send us. Payment data is handled by our payment provider — we never see or store card numbers. Technical data: the pages you visit on this site, in aggregate.
03 Why we use it
To confirm and run your booking (performance of a contract), to answer your messages (legitimate interest), to meet tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation), and — only with your consent — to send you occasional emails about new experiences.
04 Who else sees it
Only the people who need it to deliver your experience: the guide, chef or driver assigned to you, our booking system provider, our payment provider, and our accountant. We do not sell data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
05 How long we keep it
Booking records for 10 years, as tax law requires. Enquiries that do not become bookings for 24 months. Consent-based emails until you unsubscribe.
06 Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email]. You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
