01 Who we are

02 Booking and confirmation
A booking is complete when you receive our written confirmation by email. Experiences with live availability are confirmed automatically at checkout; all others are requests, which we answer the same day and which become bookings only once confirmed.
03 Prices and payment
Prices are shown per person or per group, as stated on each experience, and include VAT where applicable. Entry tickets, transfers and meals are included only where the experience says so.
04 Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time. Inside 48 hours the experience is charged in full, because the guide, cook or driver is already committed. If we cancel — weather, illness, closure of a site — you choose between a new date and a full refund.
05 Late arrival and no-show
Meeting points and times are in your confirmation. An experience that has already started cannot be joined late, and a no-show is charged in full.
06 Your responsibilities
Some experiences involve walking, steps, heat or alcohol. Tell us about mobility needs, allergies or medical conditions when you book, so we can adapt or advise against. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
07 Liability
We provide the experience with reasonable care and are liable for what we control. We are not liable for third-party closures, strikes, traffic or weather, nor for personal belongings.
08 Complaints and applicable law
Write to [email] and we answer within [X] working days. Italian law applies, and the courts of Rome have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.
